\\r\\n Program: UFB Direct offers its end users mobile access to their account information (e.g., for checking\\r\\n balances and recent transactions) over Short Message Service (SMS), as well as the option to set up alerts\\r\\n for their accounts and other functionality. Enrollment requires identification of the user's banking\\r\\n relationship as well as providing a mobile phone number. The mobile phone number's verification is done by\\r\\n the user receiving a Mobile Text (MT) message with a verification code, which they will have to enter on\\r\\n Online Banking. Additionally, customers may select the type of alerts and other preferences, which will\\r\\n determine, together with their account data, the frequency of alerts delivered to the customer. This\\r\\n program will be ongoing. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. Users have the\\r\\n ability to opt out of this program at any time.\\r\\n

\\r\\n To Stop the Program: To stop the messages coming to your phone, you can opt out of the program via SMS.\\r\\n Just send a text that says, \\\"STOP\\\" to MOBILE CODE. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text\\r\\n message. And after that, you will not receive any future messages.\\r\\n

\\r\\n Deactivating mobile phone number: If you deactivate cellular service for the mobile phone number that you\\r\\n enrolled in the Text Message Banking Service, you are responsible for deactivating that same phone number\\r\\n as described in “To Stop the Program” above.\\r\\n

If your mobile phone is off, out of range, or subject to a\\r\\n variety of other\\r\\n conditions, you may not receive the message or messages may be delayed. Wireless carriers are not liable\\r\\n for delayed or\\r\\n undelivered messages. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.\\r\\n
